Returns

Change of mind:

If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you can receive a refund for the product you want to return. Just contact us on sales@veeveetoys.co.nz
Online purchases must be returned in original supplied condition with proof of purchase, within 10 days of the purchase date.

Returns must be sent by tracked courier and be well packaged.

We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee.

Damage to the product or packaging, missing tags or anything else that renders the product in less than the supplied condition will result in reduced or zero credit being allowed. This includes damage to product while in transit due to poor packaging,

 

Defective or Incorrect Products Received:

If the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part you are entitled to a full refund and we will also pay the return freight costs, however your claim must be made within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange the return.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
